Lilian Regina Merlo Robles is Attorney at Law and Notary Public graduated from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala Law School.
She has a Master Degree in Local Development (MDL) from Clase Ejecutiva, Centro de Estudios Bursátiles, adjacent school to Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
She speaks fluently Spanish and English languages, as well as a little Italian.
Within her 10-year experience, she has been part of several law firms, as well as the following: Contract Coordinator at Banco Agrícola Mercantil de Guatemala's Legal Department; Professor at Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala Law School, teaching pre-specialization course "Special Criminal Law Seminary"; coordinator to large contracting projects concerning road construction and maintenance for Communications Ministry; legal advisor to different companies, in several Law areas, especially Civil Law, Commercial Law, Contracts and Litigation.
She also worked on the Guatemala´s first participation as a country on the 2006 edition of the International Manual of Planning Practice (IMPP), sponsored by the Internacional Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP), fully written in English.
José Alberto Sierra Rosales is Attorney at Law and Notary Public graduated from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala Law School.
He speaks fluently Spanish and English languages.
He started his 15-year experience being a former officer at the Judicial Power, and being a member of several big and prestigious Law firms, as well as the following: Legal Debt Collection Chief at Banco Agricola Mercantil de Guatemala; Professor at Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala Law School, teaching pre-specialization course "Special and Joint Actions, and Repeal and Nullification Cases " legal advisor to different companies in several Law areas, especially Litigation; in charge of important trials; large experience in Procedural Law, Real Estate projects, debt collection for banking system, and telecommunications experience as legal advisor.
